In a conversation on a chat show, she opened up on teaching lessons to a man who touched her inappropriately.

The incident took place near a Gurudwara which she visited during Gurupurab. The actor revealed that she was mentally prepared for something like this to happen as the place was very crowded and people would often bump into each other. She felt a man trying to touch her back, and it called for an immediate reaction. She grabbed the man's finger and twisted it! We're so sure the man didn't see it coming!

On the work front, Taapsee was last seen in Saand Ki Aankh. She's now working on Anubhav Sinha's Thappad, and Vini Mathew's Haseen Dillruba. A few days back, her first look from Shabaash Mithu, a biopic on Indian cricketer Mithali Raj, came out and garnered immense praise.

Bollywood actor Dia Mirzam, who is a model-turned-actor, made her debut in the films with the 2001 film Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein starring alongside R Madhavan and Saif Ali Khan. She witnessed major ups and downs in her career. In her latest interview, she opened up about her early days in the film industry, rampant sexism, and how things have changed over the years.
