Bankruptcy: Creditors may get to seek part resolution

Creditors in a bankruptcy process may be required to seek independent resolution plans for different business units of a defaulter where bidders are not interested in the entire diversified business but specialised units.

Bollywood actor Dia Mirzam, who is a model-turned-actor, made her debut in the films with the 2001 film Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein starring alongside R Madhavan and Saif Ali Khan. She witnessed major ups and downs in her career. In her latest interview, she opened up about her early days in the film industry, rampant sexism, and how things have changed over the years. Speaking to Brut India, Dia Mirza said, “People were writing, thinking and making sexist cinema, and I was a part of these stories.
