Sun Pharma to acquire Taro's 100% stake in all-cash

In the all cash deal, Sun Pharma will acquire the shares at a price of US $38 per ordinary share, which will be payable in full at the close of the proposed transaction, the company said in a BSE filing on Saturday. At present, Sun holds 78.48% stake in Taro.

BTS members Jin and Jungkook unveil their postcard messages to ARMY as they gear up for ‘BE’ release

Global superstars BTS have kicked off their new era of music whilst gearing up for the release of  'BE (Deluxe Edition)'  album. After releasing the first concept photo, BTS members dropped the first set of handwritten postcards by members RM, Jimin, and V as they penned their thoughts dedicating the letters to their fans (called ARMY). The second set of postcards were released by Jin and Jungkook. The way these postcards are being released, it also hints at the fact that the album could feature subunits (one rapper - two vocalists, two vocalists, and two rappers).
