Liquor price list: Goa cheapest, Karnataka tops

Goa has the lowest tax rates on liquor in India, resulting in cheaper prices compared to neighboring states like Karnataka and Maharashtra. An analysis by The International Spirits and Wines Association of India estimates that a bottle of spirits that costs Rs 100 in Goa can cost Rs 134 in Delhi and as much as Rs 513 in Karnataka. The high tax rates in other states contribute to smuggling of alcohol across borders.

BTS member V meets PSY and we are obsessed with this memorable reunion

Amid the busy schedule and promotions of their record-breaking single 'Dynamite', BTS member V, birth name Kim Taehyung, took some time off of his work schedule to meet up with music legend PSY. On Monday morning, September 21, Park Jae-sang, known professionally as PSY, shared two pictures on Instagram in which he and V were seen hugging each other. The musician captioned the picture, "me & V" and also added their birth dates 1230 and 1231 as V's birthday falls on December 30 and PSY's on December 31. It seems like they recently met up. PSY wore a blue t-shirt and khaki trousers whereas V wore off-white Sies Marjan Cyrus single-breasted cotton-crepe blazer($1720) and trousers ($717).
