Total to invest $300mn to form joint venture with Adani Green

TotalEnergies will invest $300 million in a 50:50 joint venture with Adani Green Energy to generate solar and wind power. Total suspended a 25% stake-purchase in Adani New Industries' green hydrogen project due to allegations by Hindenburg. Adani Green will transfer 10 GW of renewable assets to its subsidiary, Adani Green Energy Twenty Three, with Total contributing $300 million.

Bollywood actor Dia Mirzam, who is a model-turned-actor, made her debut in the films with the 2001 film Rehnaa Hai Terre Dil Mein starring alongside R Madhavan and Saif Ali Khan. She witnessed major ups and downs in her career. In her latest interview, she opened up about her early days in the film industry, rampant sexism, and how things have changed over the years. Speaking to Brut India, Dia Mirza said, “People were writing, thinking and making sexist cinema, and I was a part of these stories.
