Randstad India, a leading recruitment firm, has introduced a hyper-personalized policy of a four-day work week for its business groups. A survey conducted by Randstad revealed that 83% of employees in a traditional five-day work setup are interested in transitioning to a four-day work week, believing it would improve productivity and reduce stress levels.
