Only 195 out of 31515 real estate projects in the state have established a complaint redressal cell as directed by MahaRERA. Developers are apathetic towards resolving home buyers' complaints post bookings, leading to misunderstandings and grievances.

Global superstars BTS have kicked off their new era of music whilst gearing up for the release of  'BE (Deluxe Edition)'  album. After releasing the first concept photo, BTS members dropped the first set of handwritten postcards by members RM, Jimin, and V as they penned their thoughts dedicating the letters to their fans (called ARMY). The second set of postcards were released by Jin and Jungkook. The way these postcards are being released, it also hints at the fact that the album could feature subunits (one rapper - two vocalists, two vocalists, and two rappers).
