SBI boosts gender diversity! Bank targets 30% women workforce by 2030; launches leadership programme

State Bank of India is aiming for 30% women representation in its workforce within five years, currently at 27%. The bank is implementing initiatives like creche allowances, leadership training, and targeted health programs to support women and bridge the gender gap. SBI is also expanding its network of all-women branches.

BTS members Jin and Jungkook unveil their postcard messages to ARMY as they gear up for ‘BE’ release

Global superstars BTS have kicked off their new era of music whilst gearing up for the release of  'BE (Deluxe Edition)'  album. After releasing the first concept photo, BTS members dropped the first set of handwritten postcards by members RM, Jimin, and V as they penned their thoughts dedicating the letters to their fans (called ARMY). The second set of postcards were released by Jin and Jungkook. The way these postcards are being released, it also hints at the fact that the album could feature subunits (one rapper - two vocalists, two vocalists, and two rappers). Jin expressed that it is okay to take a break every once in a while to work on healing.
