Budget 2026: Tata Motors flags pressure on entry-level EVs; wants PM E-DRIVE support for fleet segment

Tata Motors is urging the government to consider targeted incentives for entry-level electric vehicles and fleet electric cars in the upcoming Union Budget. The company believes these measures, alongside existing support, are crucial for boosting EV adoption and reducing environmental impact, especially as entry-level EVs face significant price pressure.
