US mortgage rates: 30-year home loan rate inches up to 6.16%, stays near 2025 low as housing demand remains cautious

US mortgage rates saw a slight increase this week, remaining near their 2025 lows. While borrowing costs have eased significantly from a year ago, they continue to present a challenge for homebuyers. Despite some relief in monthly payments, housing affordability remains a major hurdle.

Global superstars BTS have kicked off their new era of music whilst gearing up for the release of  'BE (Deluxe Edition)'  album. After releasing the first concept photo, BTS members dropped the first set of handwritten postcards by members RM, Jimin, and V as they penned their thoughts dedicating the letters to their fans (called ARMY). The second set of postcards were released by Jin and Jungkook. The way these postcards are being released, it also hints at the fact that the album could feature subunits (one rapper - two vocalists, two vocalists, and two rappers). Jin expressed that it is okay to take a break every once in a while to work on healing.
