AI not causing mass layoffs, but changing nature of work: Study

Contrary to fears, generative AI isn't causing mass layoffs in India's IT sector. A new ICRIER-OpenAI study reveals AI is boosting productivity and transforming roles, not replacing workers. While entry-level hiring has seen a slight dip, mid and senior positions remain stable, indicating a shift towards skill enhancement rather than job elimination.

Global superstars BTS have kicked off their new era of music whilst gearing up for the release of  'BE (Deluxe Edition)'  album. After releasing the first concept photo, BTS members dropped the first set of handwritten postcards by members RM, Jimin, and V as they penned their thoughts dedicating the letters to their fans (called ARMY). The second set of postcards were released by Jin and Jungkook. The way these postcards are being released, it also hints at the fact that the album could feature subunits (one rapper - two vocalists, two vocalists, and two rappers). Jin expressed that it is okay to take a break every once in a while to work on healing.
